I have changed up when I shop for the summer, I like getting to Publix on Thursday when the sale starts it is a fun time when they actully have things in stock! I have been slacking on the Thank you’s but I am trying to catch up!  I have added a new feature of suppling you the links to each of these places in case you just want to use mine! Here is my spreadsheet that I use to keep up with who I have written, when I wrote and when and if I recieved anything. Check it out.

Writing to companies really pays off!!

In the past week just for saying thank you I have gotten $63.32 in coupons (assuming I shop where they double)
So when I say you should take the time to thank the companies I really mean it! The best one I got was a FREE box up to $10 of glad trash bags (now I do have to say this was a complaint about the last bags I purchased)

So make sure you are saying thank you every time you can!!

I try to pick 4 of the companies from my previous shopping trip!! Make a spread sheet with Excel to keep up who you emailed and when. Then when and if you get anything form them coupons/samples then you can enter that information as well!!

Since I do most of my shopping Friday – Sunday and on Monday I do donations. I decided that Thursday would be dedicated to thanking the companies of the products I purchased over the weekend. I pick four and send them and email telling them how much I love their product and thanking them for making it taste good, work good, or look good.

So since mondays we are donating items (I have been doing a bad job lately) I thought on Thursday we would thank the people who made the products we purchased. Take 4 of the items you bought over your weekend shopping and email or call the companies and thank them for their wonderful products. They love to hear from consumers especially when it is about good things. Tell them that you were even able to donate some of their products to shelters to help the less fortunate~if it was part of your monday donation. Anything you can say will be great. Make sure you leave your name and address because some places even send you coupons in the mail!!
