Earth Fare *FREE* Pantry Make Over

Are you one of the people that though it was to expensive to get started with organics? How about a FREE pantry over haul. Check out the email I got from Earth Fare. Here is what you can trade in:

peanut butter with hydrogenated oil, soda with high fructose corn syrup 

(HFCS), cereal with HFCS, salad dressing with HFCS or hydrogenated oils or jelly with 

HFCS and get a FREE Earth Fare Brand HEALTHY replacements. It doesn’t matter if 

your trade-in is completely full or has two tablespoons left in it.

My First Experiance with Organic Shopping

Ok so “healthy” food shopping has not always been easy for us. So for a special treat my hubby took me to Whole Foods (this does not count on the Grocery Shopping Diet) which is my favorite store but not known for its low prices.

I could have done better but this project will take some time and effort to get everything perfect!!
